Buffalo Chicken Wraps

I'm pretty busy this week, So I'm all about quick, easy dinners for the next few days. You can't go wrong with Buffalo chicken wraps. My son doesn't like spicy food, however, so I just make him a wrap with plain chicken. Easy Peasy. Tonight, our side to go with this is loaded-ranch-potato-casserole. Pairs well together. We're also having broccoli for our vegetable.



Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg McCormicks dry buffalo seasoning (or you could use any buffalo sauce you'd like)
Lettuce
Shredded mozzarella cheese(or Any kind of shredded or crumbled cheese you'd like)
Jumbo tortilla wraps
Mayo




1) boil chicken breasts until fully cooked

2) shred chicken. Pull apart into big chunks, you don't want to shred the chicken all the way

3) melt 2 tablespoon of butter in pan on med. temp. Add chicken. Sprinkle McCormick's Buffalo seasoning and mix well.

4) Spread mayo on wrap. add lettace, chicken, and cheese.

5) Roll up
